All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Payment is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment through the methods specified on our website. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as outlined in our refund policy.
Quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on the actual condition of the photographs and the extent of work required. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work.
We will provide an estimated turnaround time for your order. While we strive to meet these estimates, turnaround times are approximate and may vary depending on the complexity of the work and our current workload.
Completed work will be delivered via the method agreed upon (email, digital download, or physical delivery). You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We will provide you with the completed work for review. Minor revisions may be included in the original price, but significant changes or additional work may incur additional charges. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
You retain all rights to your original photographs. By submitting photographs to us, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of providing restoration services.
Upon full payment, you will receive the restored digital files. You own the restored work and may use it for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any restrictions on the original photograph.
We reserve the right to use before-and-after images of restored photographs for our portfolio, website, marketing materials, and social media, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
You may cancel your order before work has commenced for a full refund. Once work has begun, cancellation may result in a partial refund based on the work completed.
